Today at Eco Sourcing Limited, we proudly celebrated Earth Day with meaningful initiatives and team engagement. The day featured inspiring speeches from our team, an exciting sustainability quiz where Nikita and Tonmoy emerged as winners—taking home solar-powered portable chargers—and a shared commitment to conscious living as we enjoyed vegan meals throughout the day. Our team also came together to support a reuse initiative by bringing in old clothes from home, which will be donated to charity—giving these items a second life and reducing waste.

This year, we also gifted every team member a hydroponic plant for their desk—bringing a touch of green into our daily workspace and encouraging a closer connection to sustainable living.

Over the past year, we’ve taken significant steps toward a more sustainable workplace:

- Eliminated disposable paper and plastic cups, replacing them with reusable water bottles for all team members

- Partnered with a third-party printing supplier to track and manage office printing, helping us stay within monthly limits

- Expanded our community transport system from 2 to 8 vehicles, reducing our overall carbon footprint
