Building Professional Excellence: Internal Training Workshop at Eco Sourcing Ltd.

At Eco Sourcing Ltd., continuous professional development is at the heart of our company culture. On 22-Jun-25 we conducted a structured Professional Training Workshop Series to reinforce workplace ethics, enhance communication skills, and align team understanding of departmental responsibilities. The session was divided into three impactful workshops:

  • Workplace Etiquette & Attitude: Emphasis on maintaining professional behavior and communication within the corporate environment.
  • Policy Reminders: Reinforcement of company policies, including confidentiality, non-involvement in external business, and rules against unauthorized customer credit.
  • Disciplinary Policy: A clear disciplinary system was explained

  • Know Your Product Deeply: Employees were reminded to be technically sound and fully aware of buyer specifications.
  • Stay Proactive: Sourcing offices are expected to add greater value than suppliers—this means anticipating issues and maintaining strict follow-ups.
  • Effective Coordination: Employees must be solution-focused and maintain strong coordination with external vendors without an in-house facility.
